  • Our Services

Clinical Labs provides a range of services and analytics to our partnering hospitals. Examples of the areas we currently assist may include:

    • Antibiogram Reports
    • Infection Control
    • Statistics on anticoagulation control
    • Information on pathology ordering patterns and collections
    • Identification of gestational diabetes patients

    • State government KPI reporting

Clinical Labs is the only national pathology provider with a centralised Laboratory Information System (LIS) in Australia. This enables faster, more uniformed visibility of patient results and provides richer data for use by hospitals in trending or operational requirements in relation to the patient journey. Clinical Labs has its own extensive team of IT specialist staff dedicated entirely to the ongoing support and continuous improvement of Ultra and our eHealth software.

    Antibiogram Reports

Clinical Labs is pleased to offer partnering hospital Antibiogram Reports that will run six monthly which are housed within our eResults portal.

    Infection Control Reports

Clinical Labs has extensive experience in partnering with Hospital infection control teams to provide support and data on infection prevention and control rates. Clinical Labs will provide customised Infection Control reports to the Hospital Infectious Diseases officer and the Hospital Infection Prevention & Control Nurse consisting of collated data of infection control rates selected by isolate type and antibiotic sensitivity/resistance profiles on a monthly basis as requested.
